Have you tried drawing on a tablet? It is great fun! I have been working on a series of fun animal art - some super colorful and some in pastel colors that are great for a nursery! I use my own photos as reference and enjoy drawing and coloring each piece. It's a very portable way to create! I use the Procreate app.
